The Pro offers the same polling rate, though it does come with a few extra features in the Mchose software.”

The thing I hate about wireless mice is how often they have to become wired to charge, but that sounds like a battery capacity I’d only have to worry about a few times a month, tops.

What I personally really like about the G3 V2 Pro though, is something James described as a drawback for some. He writes, “The absence of negatives at this price point is a big positive, and the only thing I’ve had to get used to is the potential for misclicks thanks to just how ickle this rodent is. I have fairly large hands and definitely felt them drape over the front of the mouse, weighing it down sometimes.”

Mchose doesn’t cut corners, but it does make savings by foregoing flashier inclusions such as RGB lighting. The USB-C cable in the box is also pretty basic, and likely won’t match any of the fun colourways you may happen to find at a similarly reasonable price elsewhere. The 2.4 Ghz dongle features a white end too, but as this deal only applies to the white version of the Pro, that’s a moot point.
